The fund is an adaptive reuse project in Burlington, NC. The project involves revitalizing nearly 600,000 square feet of former cotton mill located on the Haw River to include hospitality and entertainment spaces including film production sound stages and studio support services, live theatrical and event center, restaurants, and a water sports facility. The completed project is expected to generate 50 to 75 new jobs within an Opportunity Zone.
