In other words, each Qualified Opportunity Fund offering on Cadre’s platform will be held within its own investment vehicle. Since inception, we’ve focused on structuring single-asset funds, which we believe is the optimal structure for Opportunity Zone investing.

We differ from the traditional fund or REIT model by offering increased investment-level transparency, lower fees, and a more flexible commitment structure.
