Blueprint Baltimore Opportunity Zone Fund, LLLP (the “Fund” or “Blueprint Baltimore”) is the second fund from Blueprint Local Investments (“Blueprint Local”), a national platform that seeks to help investors find opportunities in communities, financial returns and meaningful, tangible impact. Blueprint Baltimore will seek attractive financial returns and meaningful impact by investing in both real estate and operating businesses.
Blueprint Local aims to change the way communities connect with capital—bringing together investors, landowners, developers and community members to collaborate in revitalizing their neighborhoods. The founding team comprises pioneers of impact investing that have experience driving value for clients and communities. Rather than invest in isolated deals, Blueprint intends to invest in focused neighborhood “nodes,” with interrelated investments that will help provide economic value.
