Blueprint Baltimore Opportunity Zone Fund, LLLP (the ā€œFundā€ or ā€œBlueprint Baltimoreā€) is the second fund from Blueprint Local Investments (ā€œBlueprint Localā€), a national platform that seeks to help investors find opportunities in communities, financial returns and meaningful, tangible impact. Blueprint Baltimore will seek attractive financial returns and meaningful impact by investing in both real estate and operating businesses.
Blueprint Baltimore intends to concentrate its investments into specific neighborhoods within Opportunity Zones. Its investments seek to accomplish the following:
- Standalone economic viability and attractive financial returns;
- Positive social impact in the community; and
- Strong partnership with trusted operators.

Organization Details

Blueprint Local aims to change the way communities connect with capitalā€”bringing together investors, landowners, developers and community members to collaborate in revitalizing their neighborhoods. The founding team comprises pioneers of impact investing that have experience driving value for clients and communities. Rather than invest in isolated deals, Blueprint intends to invest in focused neighborhood ā€œnodes,ā€ with interrelated investments that will help provide economic value.
