As investment specialists focusing on Real Estate, our expertise, experience, and strong partnerships allow our team to identify and capitalize on opportunities throughout any market cycle. For our Opportunity Zone project, we are focusing our efforts on public-private partnerships and only working with communities that are willing to help us through the process. It becomes clear that, once a property is identified, one of the major decision points to move forward is how welcoming or not local community leaders are. We are breaking ground on our first Opportunity Zone project in MA in May 2019 which will be a mixed-use campus comprising three buildings.
Our core management team has decades of experience in real estate development, public-private partnerships, management, and analytics. Our team is data driven and makes decisions with facts and statistics that back up our feelings on a go or no-go decision. We have been managers on anything from funding algorithmic hedge funds to creating a systematic process for single-family redevelopment projects in MA.
