We do so by purchasing the underlying mortgage notes for residential and multifamily real estate from banks and credit unions. Financial institutions benefit from us by reducing their non-performing loans and therefore freeing up capital to allow for reinvestment. Our investors have a choice of whether to invest in ATTAIN’s NPL Fund (with the option of a 721 Exchange) and/or ATTAIN’s Opportunity Zone Fund. Both of our funds offers investors tax deferral incentives for putting their capital to work.
