ATTAIN Fund, LLC.
|Fund Name||ATTAIN Fund, LLC.|
|Fund Manager or Organizer(s)||Jacob Varghese|
Affordable Housing, Economic Development, Multifamily Residential
|Additional Fund Details|
ATTAIN invests in US cities and supports affordable housing and community initiatives. We do so by purchasing the underlying mortgage notes for residential and multifamily real estate from banks and credit unions. Financial institutions benefit from us by reducing their non-performing loans and therefore freeing up capital to allow for reinvestment. Our investors have a choice of whether to invest in ATTAIN’s NPL Fund (with the option of a 721 Exchange) and/or ATTAIN’s Opportunity Zone Fund. Both of our funds offers investors tax deferral incentives for putting their capital to work.
We are the leading private equity AI/ML (artificial intelligence/machine learning) special situations fund for mortgage/debt investment.
