Arch Real Estate Holding acquires REO single-family homes from Puerto Rican banks, substantially rehabs the houses, and then rents with and without federal rent subsidies. The Business model is to grow into a Real Estate Investment as a with a substantial platform of single-family homes for rent and to provide its shareholders with both real estate and operating business returns, identical to American REITs. Substantial opportunity to grow the value of the operating business that owns real estate.
