Alliance Venture Collaborative QOZ Fund, led by Timothy Cox, has partnered with multiple communities across America to fund valuable and equitable opportunities. This fund creates meaningful change in the communities it impacts. We solve Community Economic Development issues whether itā€™s housing supply, food deserts, infrastructure, neighborhood stabilization, workforce development or business development. As a Community Development Entity, our focus for New Markets is Low-Income Communities. The Fund is managed by experienced teams of real estate and private equity professionals supported by community impact, legal, tax, and accounting experts. We currently have over $700M of projects under management or development in Kentucky, Florida, Mississippi and Georgia Opportunity Zones. The Fund is seeking to raise $10 Billion in capital commitments.

Organization Details

West End CDE Inc was founded by a group of 250 stakeholders located in West Louisville, KY. Years of community economic development experience led to realizing a need for an institution to be formed that values the community. West End CDE Inc has a history of collaborations and sweat equity sacrificed to be able to gain the knowledge to birth a financial institution that is truly "For the People". As a Federally Recognized Native American Entity and New Markets Venture Capital Company, we work with investors and leverage lenders to fund Qualified Active Low-Income Community Investments. West End CDE Inc is also a Federal SAM and HUD Section 3 registered Prime Contractor to ensure that participation goals are met on each and every project that we pursue.
