NCSHA Comments to USDA on Maximum Interest Rate Proposed Rule
NCSHA submitted a letter to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, on behalf of the state Housing Finance Agencies, regarding the department’s request for information on the maximum interest rate for single-family loans insured through USDA’s Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program (SFHGLP).
