NCSHA’s State HFA Factbook is your best source of information on HFAs and their program activity. Now you can access and filter that valuable data online through our new visualization platform to generate graphs, charts, and reports that can inform your work and decision-making. The data is drawn from NCSHA’s comprehensive annual survey of HFA program activity. (NCSHA has been gathering Factbook data since the 1980s. Data collected since 2005 is available to you now via the online platforms.)
