Freddie Mac released this white paper,”LIHTC in Middle Appalachia,” as a part of an eight-part series highlighting use of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program in underserved markets. The series is part of Freddie Mac’s Duty-to-Serve plan to expand rental and homeownership opportunities in historically underserved markets.
