The Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) is seeking a Tax Credit Specialist for its Office of Housing Finance. The position will be responsible for a full range of tasks associated with the administration of the federal low income housing tax credit program including scoring of competitive round applications, development and implementation of complex policies, procedures and processes for the assigned area.
This advanced level position serves as the primary contact for customers and leads an internal process team to review, underwrite and seek approval for complex multi-million dollar multifamily construction, permanent and rehabilitation loans, special programs/initiatives to achieve closings, monitor loan disbursements, and review cost certifications within the Multifamily Housing Development area.
