The Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) is seeking a Tax Credit Specialist for its Office of Housing Finance. The position will be responsible for a full range of tasks associated with the administration of the federal low income housing tax credit program including scoring of competitive round applications, development and implementation of complex policies, procedures and processes for the assigned area.

Multifamily Underwriter 3 - Connecticut Housing Finance Authority

This advanced level position serves as the primary contact for customers and leads an internal process team to review, underwrite and seek approval for complex multi-million dollar multifamily construction, permanent and rehabilitation loans, special programs/initiatives to achieve closings, monitor loan disbursements, and review cost certifications within the Multifamily Housing Development area.

This position is responsible for mitigating the impact of complex under-performing, delinquent and defaulted affordable rental housing and commercial loans to maximize the recovery and minimize financial exposure by developing and recommending workout strategies.

Multifamily Loan Underwriter - District of Columbia Housing Finance Agency

The Multifamily Lending and Neighborhood Investments division finances multifamily housing through the issuance of tax exempt bonds, taxable bonds, and 4% low income housing tax credits. The division also manages predevelopment loans through its McKinney Act Program.
