Maintenance Laborer (Juneau, AK) - Alaska Housing Finance Corporation

Under general supervision performs semi-skilled and/or unskilled maintenance and repair tasks on the AHFC's buildings, apartments, grounds and equipment, commonly used to accomplish those work tasks.

LIHTC Underwriter - BGC Advantage

BGC Advantage is seeking an experienced individual with affordable housing and/or LIHTC experience to underwrite low income housing tax credit investments. Extensive knowledge of LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credits) along with strong financial analysis skill is required.

Director of Finance - Colorado Housing and Finance Authority

Responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of the Finance, Secondary Marketing, and Private Activity Bond (PAB) functions. The scope of activities encompasses debt issuance, debt administration, loan securitization and hedging, financial planning and analysis, active management of CHFA’s PAB practices and strategic planning. This position will compile and interpret results of all activities for decision-making requirements of the Chief Financial Officer, other members of senior management and the Board Finance Committee. This position serves as part of CHFA’s Strategic Management Team and reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
