Hello Everyone:
I am interested in hearing from you regarding the Housing Credit pricing trends in your state, given the uncertainty in the market with the prospect of tax reform looming.  Specifically, has pricing leveled off since the initial drop off after the election?  Also, I'd like to know if you have had properties fall through because of a drop in pricing, and how your HFA has been handling this issue.
The Senate Finance Committee will be holding a hearing next week at which Secretary Mnuchin will be testifying, and Senator Cantwell also has a separate meeting with the Secretary scheduled.  She is considering speaking to the Secretary about this and trying to see if he will go on record saying that he will work with her in support of the Credit, in the hopes that this could lessen market volatility.  Her staff person has asked me to look into this for them.
