State HFA Responses to COVID-19

Leaders from the state housing finance community will discuss how state HFAs have responded to Covid-19 needs to date and what the experience and trends suggest agencies should be doing to prepare for the next phases of relief and recovery. The discussion will include a look at what HFAs are doing to deliver emergency housing assistance in their states.

What’s Happening in the States: HFA Board Member Roundtable

State HFA board members and executive directors will compare notes, share best practices, and identify issues of common concern in this facilitated roundtable discussion. Topics will include agency succession planning; evaluating and selecting consultants; optimizing the board-executive director relationship; communicating the role and value of HFAs to new board members, and other issues.
