NCSHA’s annual Housing Credit Connect is the industry event of the year. Only NCSHA brings leaders and top development and compliance staff from the state Housing Credit allocating agencies together with government officials, developers, lenders, syndicators, investors, attorneys, accountants, property managers, compliance experts, owners, and nonprofits. Across more than 30 sessions, in the Marketplace, and at multiple networking events, the heavy hitters of the industry and their agency partners will deliver the latest news on how to make the Housing Credit work in these unprecedented times.

        Registration Fees
Register by Thursday, May 25, and save.

        Registration and Payment
Registering and paying online is easy.  Click on the Register button above. Credit cards are accepted for online registration only. To pay by check, print your invoice and mail it with payment to NCSHA. Make checks payable to NCSHA.

You can also register by fax or mail by printing the Registration Form and returning it to NCSHA along with your payment.

Each registrant must pay in full prior to the conference. Only those who have paid in full will be admitted to conference activities.

        Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing. Confirmation of faxed cancellations may be required. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday, June 02, or for registrants who fail to attend the conference. "No shows" will be billed the full registration fee. A $75 administrative fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

        Attendance Policy
Unless otherwise noted, sessions are open to NCSHA members and nonmembers. For information on how to become a member, contact Phaedra Stoger at membership@ncsha.org.

        Guest Registration Policy
The guest fee is for conference receptions only. All guests, including children of attendees, must have a guest badge to be admitted. NCSHA members may not register as guests.

        Speaker Registration Policy
NCSHA requires that all speakers and discussion leaders register for the conference.

        Press Policy
A limited number of press credentials may be issued for NCSHA conferences and events. All requests must be approved in advance of the event, prior to issuance, by the Director of Marketing and Communications. Press registration is not available on site. Please email Lisa Bowman with your request.

Press credentials may be granted to individuals who are on assignment for, or employees of, media outlets appropriate to the coverage of affordable housing news. Name badges with these credentials must be visible and worn at all times during the event.

Please contact NCSHA to make sure that the sessions you are interested in covering are open to the press. NCSHA reserves the right to close sessions to the press at any time.

Press must hold their questions until after the session is completed so that NCSHA audience members are able to ask their questions. When asking a question during a session, identify yourself as a member of the press and indicate the media outlet for whom you are reporting.

        Special Needs/Dietary Requests
If you have special needs under the Americans With Disabilities Act—or if you have special dietary requirements—please explain those needs in the space provided online in the ADA Needs text box on the Event Registration page or on the Registration Form.

        Substitution Policy
If you have registered and are no longer able to attend, you may substitute another individual at no additional charge. The payment made for the original registrant will be applied to the replacement's registration. Substitutions are allowed at any time and must be requested in writing.

        Conference Admission
Your name badge must be worn at all times. It is your ticket to sessions, meals, the Showplace, Receptions, Happy Hour, and other networking events applicable to your registration category.

        Attire and Climate
Business casual attire is appropriate for all conference activities. In June, Atlanta temperatures typically range from the low 80s during the day to the upper 60s at night. Hotel temperatures may vary, so a sweater is recommended.

        Attendee List
Attendees who register after Friday, June 09, may not appear on the conference attendee list.

        Consent to Use Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at or participation in NCSHA meetings and related activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to NCSHA's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant's or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities. Exceptions to this consent must be made in writing to Lisa Bowman, Director of Marketing and Communications.

Contact registration@ncsha.org with any registration questions.
