        Experience. Knowledge. Opportunity.

As the Housing Credit celebrates its 25th anniversary, only NCSHA convenes the industry to celebrate the millions of families who have benefited from the program and map the next quarter-century of success. Join top industry experts and their state allocating agency partners to seize new opportunities as the industry bounces back.

Deals are made at this meeting, where industry leaders and allocating agency decision-makers interact on every panel, in every audience, at every booth in the Marketplace, throughout every networking event, and in every corner of the hotel. If the success of your business depends on knowing what's going on in the Housing Credit industry, then it depends on your participation in this annual summit of industry leaders.

Help shape the future of the program by participating in discussions covering today’s most important issues in Housing Credit development and management, including:

The vital role of the Credit in national rental housing policy

What does tax reform mean for the Credit?

Equity market improvement—is it here to stay?
