        Across focused educational sessions, in the elite Housing Credit Marketplace, and at multiple networking events, top industry experts and their agency partners explore strategies for capitalizing on new opportunities in this rebounding industry. Join leading program professionals for expert-led dialogues, intensive training, and roundtable exchanges covering today’s foremost issues in Housing Credit development and management, including:

        In conjunction with the Housing Credit Conference, NCSHA is sponsoring a special Comprehensive Compliance Workshop.  Designed to benefit Housing Credit program newcomers and veterans alike, this session will cover the essential rules for establishing and maintaining compliance in Housing Credit developments.  Separate registration is required.

        Early Registration Deadline: Tuesday, May 25th

        Registration must be confirmed by check, credit card, or purchase order. Registration and payment may be completed online. Make checks payable to NCSHA. Each registrant must pay in full prior to the conference. Only those who have paid in full will be admitted to conference activities, including educational sessions, the Marketplace and networking events. Early registration fees apply only when payment is postmarked by Tuesday, May 25.

        Registration

        Online: Online registration is closed. If you still wish to register you may do so on-site at the registration desk. NCSHA’s registration desk will be located in the Grand Ballroom Registration Area on the Gold Level of the East Tower. Contact Ellie Boote with any registration questions.

        By Fax or Mail: Print the Registration Form and return it to NCSHA along with your payment.


        Comprehensive Compliance Workshop

        A separate registration is required for this workshop. If you are attending the full Housing Credit Conference, please select the Workshop under the Sessions section from the main conference registration page.

        Registered Allocating Agency Members may attend the session at no extra cost but must register to indicate their attendance. The Workshop registration fee for Affiliate Member and Nonmember conference attendees is $175 if payment is postmarked by the Early Registration Deadline of Tuesday, May 25 and $225 if payment is postmarked after Tuesday May 25.

        If you will not be registering for the full conference and will be attending the Comprehensive Compliance Workshop only the rate for the workshop is $225.         Speaker Registration Policy

        NCSHA requires that all speakers and discussion leaders register for the conference.


        Cancellation Policy

        Cancellations must be received in writing. Confirmation of faxed cancellations may be required. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday, June 4 or for registrants who fail to attend the conference. "No shows" will be billed the full registration fee. A $75 cancellation fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.


        Substitution Policy

        If you have registered and are no longer able to attend, you may substitute another individual at no additional charge. The payment made for the original registrant will be applied to the replacement's registration. Substitutions are allowed at any time and must be requested in writing.


        Conference Admission

        Your name badge must be worn at all times. The badge is your ticket to all conference sessions, meals, the Marketplace and special events, including receptions.


        Special Needs/Dietary Needs

        If you have special needs under the Americans With Disabilities Act, please explain those needs on your Registration Form or online in the the ADA Needs text box on the Event Registration page. In addition, please provide information on special dietary requirements.


        Attendee List

        Attendees who register after Tuesday, June 15 may not appear on the conference attendee list.


        Accreditation

        You can earn approximately 26 credits if you attend the entire conference. More information
