WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
This role is an active HR Generalist, and you will focus on employee development, engagement, retention and Workday administration. You will provide innovative solutions and create momentum by acting as a credible coach to establish and implement engagement activities through committees, workgroups and councils. As a contributing member to the HR solutions team you will have the opportunity to support the attraction, development, and retention of a diverse and competent workforce at OHCS.

Specific Duties:

  • On Boarding, Engagement, and Development
  • Human Resources Solutions Coordination
  • Support Strategic Workforce and Human Resources Business Planning

We are looking for someone who has a strong commitment to excellent customer service; enjoys using their analytic skills to make recommendations for change and/or to demonstrate progress through reports or dashboards using data from HRIS systems; has a high level of interpersonal and organizational skills; is process and detail orientated; and has the ability to work with multiple and changing priorities. Experience with Workday is a plus! You must be a Human Resource professional with a minimum 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
