Multifamily Program Compliance Officer
Connecticut Housing Finance Authority is a self-funded, quasi-public organization. Its mission is to alleviate the shortage of housing for low-to moderate-income families and persons in this state and, when appropriate, to promote or maintain the economic development of this state through employer-assisted housing efforts.
About the Position:
Under the direction of the Managing Director, Multifamily, this position is responsible for the oversight and monitoring of financial and regulatory compliance across all CHFA Multifamily programs (including development, asset management and other special programs), for the support of senior management in the development of long-term quality control and compliance management plans, and for the recommendation of necessary changes in policies, priorities and objectives, all in support of CHFA’s business and policy objectives.
