Managing Director of Homeownership Programs
Connecticut Housing Finance Authority was created in 1969 to address the shortage of affordable housing in the state. Throughout its history, CHFA has supported affordable homeownership and rental housing opportunities throughout Connecticut. The Authority has provided more than $20 billion in funding for affordable housing in that time. Currently, CHFA is seeking a strong and seasoned leader for the position of Managing Director of Homeownership Programs to continue its work in providing affordable housing opportunities to the residents of our state.
About the Position:
This position is part of CHFA’s Executive Leadership Team and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer-Executive Director. The individual in this position directs and/or actively participates in departmental and Authority-wide strategic and business planning, representing CHFA with partners in the real estate, mortgage lending, housing counseling, foreclosure prevention, and nonprofit housing provider community to assess market needs and promote CHFA programs.
