Job description: Under supervision, coordinate the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the HMFA digital marketing and communications channels. Coordinate the implementation and development of Agency digital marketing strategies reporting on progress and identifying areas for expansion and improvement; social media postings to include developing an ideal posting schedule, report on member engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies. Monitor and measure web traffic. Develop a website traffic plan and establish its’ goals and benchmarks. Report any issues or concerns to Management as needed. Maintain the Agency’s social media profiles and presence. Research other social media outlets as other distribution channels for the Agency, providing efficacy, ROI and audience analyses and recommendations. Create and edit organizational messaging and ensure consistency and compliance across print and web promotional materials to reinforce NJHMFA’s mission and its programs include developing new content and adapting existing long-form content for distribution on the web. Research audience preferences and stay abreast of current trends. Work with the NJ OIT enhancing the Agency’s Website for mobile capability and is in compliance with the State of New Jersey’s Website Standards and Guidelines reporting any issues and/or non-compliance to management. Enhance website for marketing automation as well as usability. Generate monthly reports and submit and or discuss result recommendations for improvement as necessary to management for review. Perform special projects and related duties within the designated timeframe as assigned.

Requirements: Four (4) year college degree; five (5) years of related experience in digital communications/marketing, graphic and publication design, web design, e-mail campaign management, public relations; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which meets the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Experience in the affordable housing industry a plus.
