RIHousing Investment to Revitalize Smithfield Brownfield Site

PROVIDENCE, RI – RIHousing’s Board of Commissioners today approved funding for Georgiaville Village Green, an $11 million, 42-unit family development that will be located in the historic Georgiaville Mill Village in Smithfield. Colorado's State’s Housing Needs Drive Record Activity at CHFA

DENVER, CO – The need for affordable housing in Colorado has reached new heights and was reflected in record levels of production at Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) in 2017.
