New Mexico Business Weekly
The New Mexico Business Weekly honored 40 of the state’s most accomplished young professionals at its 40 Under Forty event, held Thursday evening at the Hilton Albuquerque.

The Business Weekly asked the public for nominations of young people who are making a mark in New Mexico’s business community. Nominees were required to be under age 40 as of July 15. The newspaper received nominations for more than 150 people, a record for any of its awards programs.
A panel of 40 Under Forty alumni scored the nominees on professional achievement, leadership and community involvement. Judges recused themselves from voting on honorees with whom they had close ties. The judges wereAmanda Foor of LCF Research, Adam Greenhood of Esparza Advertising, John Kynor of Coldwell Banker Legacy Realtors and S. Carolyn Ramos of Butt Thornton & Baehr P.C.
