WHAT:  1st Annual Top Maryland Mortgage Program (MMP) Lender Recognition Breakfast

                             

WHEN:  Thursday, July 22, 2010, 9 a.m. - noon

 

WHERE:  Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development Main Conference Room

 

INFORMATION:  This event aims to recognize DHCD's lending partners, encourage more lenders to participate in the Maryland Mortgage Program and educate stakeholders on current economic conditions and the Department's initiatives to further strengthen its relationship to the lending industry.

 

                  After breakfast, the program will begin at 9:30am and will include:

 

*     Welcome & Overview by DHCD Secretary Raymond A. Skinner, Secretary

*     Introduction to the Community Development Administration (CDA) Team

*     Overview of CDA's Key Maryland Mortgage Program Accomplishments

*     Economic Forecast for the Region

*     Awards Presentation

*     Overview of the DHCD - Lender Partnership

*     Presentation of DHCD's Lender Focus Group
