NCSHA signed this letter urging the Administration to propose FY 2013 funding levels for USDA rural housing programs at their FY 2011 appropriated levels or higher.

NCSHA’s priorities, adopted annually by its Board of Directors after consultation with all state HFAs, set the agenda for NCSHA’s business development activities and advocacy before Congress, the Administration, and the federal agencies concerned with housing, including HUD, USDA, and the Treasury.

This funding chart includes FY 2012 HUD and RHS account spending levels proposed in the President's Budget, the FY 2012 HUD funding levels proposed by the House T-HUD Appropriations Subcommittee and the funding levels passed by the Senate, the FY 2012 RHS funding levels passed by each the House and the Senate, and the final FY 2012 HUD and RHS funding levels.

On November 7, the Campaign for Housing and Community Development Funding (CHCDF) sent this letter, which NCSHA signed, to the conferees for the FY 2012 minibus including appropriations for HUD and USDA.
