NCSHA Letters to Congress on American Jobs and Closing Tax Loopholes Act

On May 26, NCSHA sent similar letters to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV), House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Sandy Levin (D-MI), and Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus (D-MT) thanking them for including critical affordable housing provisions in the American Jobs and Closing Tax Loopholes Act, H.R. 4213, which they are hoping to pass this week.
