Exhibitors may not dismantle or pack any portion of an exhibit before the exhibit break down time. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of future opportunities to exhibit.
Facilities & Activities
The Showplace is the hub of all conference activity. Registration, conference sessions, and opening plenary are all in close proximity to the Showplace, located in Douglas Pavilion D of the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego. Breakfasts, breaks, and Monday evening’s Showplace Happy Hour are also located in or near the Showplace.
Discounted Educational Sessions
Exhibitors can take advantage of a $200 discount on registration for educational sessions and many other benefits of exhibiting at NCSHA’s Showplace. Act fast to ensure a prime location.
Offer a Prize for the Showplace Raffle
Increase traffic at your exhibit space by participating in NCSHA’s Showplace raffle! All conference attendees will have a map of the Showplace and will need your help to become eligible for the raffle drawing.
Attendees must receive a stamp from each participating company to enter in the official drawing on Monday, October 3 at 6:00 p.m. NCSHA will provide all participating companies with stamps. Contact Matt Cunningham at mcunningham@ncsha.org or 202-624-7710 for details.

Exhibit Specifications
All booths include:
- (1) 8’ deep x 10’ wide exhibit space—8’ tall back drapes and 3’ side drapes
- (1) 6’ draped table
- (1) 7” x 44” Exhibitor ID sign
- (2) Chairs
- (1) Wastebasket
- (2) Showplace exhibitor registrations, including all meals and social functions on Monday and Tuesday
- (2) $200 discounts on registration for education sessions. (Only the two people designated as exhibitors on the exhibitor registration form may register for educational sessions at the special exhibitor discount rate.)
