 NCSHA's Annual Conference &amp\; Showplace is the premier gathering of state Housing Finance Agencies (HFAs) and NCSHA affiliate members. It is the main networking event of the year for HFAs and the partners who work with them to increase housing opportunities through the financing\, development\, and preservation of affordable housing. Take advantage of the unparalleled professional development in ten program focus areas\, including communications\, finance\, governance\, homeownership\, human relations\, information technology\, legal\, management innovation\, rental and special needs housing.&nbsp\; Applaud the best work of all HFAs and congratulate the winners at Monday's Celebratory Opening Plenary Breakfast and Annual Awards presentation.  REGISTRATION&nbsp\;INFORMATION 
 Registration must be confirmed by check\, credit card\, or purchase order. Make checks payable to NCSHA. Each registrant must pay in full prior to the conference. Only those who have paid in full will be admitted to conference activities\, including educational sessions\, the Showplace and networking events. Early registration fees apply only when payment is postmarked by Friday\, September 2.

 Speaker Registration Policy 
 NCSHA&nbsp\;requires that all speakers and discussion leaders register for the conference.
 &nbsp\;
 Attendance Policy 
 The Annual Conference is open only to employees and board members of HFA\, affiliate\, and associate members of NCSHA. NCSHA members may not register as guests. For more information on becoming a member\,&nbsp\;view our membership&nbsp\;information or contact Phaedra Stoger.
 &nbsp\;
 Substitution Policy  
 If you have registered and are no longer able to attend\, you may substitute another individual at no additional charge. The payment made for the original registrant will be applied to the replacement's registration. Substitutions are allowed at any time and must be requested in writing.
 &nbsp\;
 Cancellation Policy  
 Cancellations must be received in writing. Confirmation of faxed cancellations may be required. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Tuesday\, September 13 or for registrants who fail to attend the conference. &quot\;No shows&quot\; will be billed the full registration fee. A $75&nbsp\;administrative fee will be deducted from all approved refunds. 
 &nbsp\;
 Conference Admission  
 Conference registration is required for all conference activities. Guest registrations apply solely to Sunday night&rsquo\;s reception. Showplace exhibitors must complete a separate conference registration form contained in the Showplace prospectus to receive discounts on educational sessions. 
 &nbsp\;
 Badge Policy 
 Your name badge must be worn at all times. The badge is your ticket to all conference sessions\, meals and special events including the Showplace and Sunday night&rsquo\;s reception. NCSHA reserves the right to deny entrance to conference events to anyone not wearing their badge.
 &nbsp\;
 Special Needs/Dietary Requests 
 If you have special needs under the Americans With Disabilities Act\, please explain those needs in the space provided on the Registration Form or online in the ADA Needs text box on the Event Registration page. In addition\, please provide information on special dietary requirements.

 Attendee List  
 Attendees who register after Tuesday\, September&nbsp\;20 may not appear on the conference attendee list. 
 &nbsp\; 
 Accreditation 
 You can earn approximately 15.5 credits if you attend the entire conference. View the CPE&nbsp\;Flyer for more information.

 Attire &amp\; Climate 
 Business casual attire is appropriate for all&nbsp\;conference activities.&nbsp\; Cocktail attire is recommended for the President&rsquo\;s Reception. In early October\,&nbsp\;San Diego's&nbsp\;temperatures typically range from&nbsp\;75 degrees during the day to&nbsp\;60 degrees at night.&nbsp\; Hotel temperatures may vary\, so a sweater is recommended.
