Speaker Registration Policy NCSHA requires that all speakers and discussion leaders register for the conference. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be received in writing. Confirmation of faxed cancellations may be required. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Wednesday\, December 22 or for registrants who fail to attend the conference. "\;No shows"\; will be billed the full registration fee. A $75 cancellation fee will be deducted from all approved refunds. Substitution Policy If you have registered and are no longer able to attend\, you may substitute another individual at no additional charge. The payment made for the original registrant will be applied to the replacement's registration. Substitutions are allowed at any time and must be requested in writing. Conference Admission Conference registration is required for all conferences activities. Guest registrations apply solely to the Happy Hour event. Badge Policy Your name badge must be worn at all times. The badge is your ticket to all conference sessions\, meals and special events\, including happy hours. NCSHA reserves the right to deny entrance to conference events to anyone not wearing their badge.
