You must first register for the conference with NCSHA before you can make a hotel reservation within NCSHA’s room block. Ground Transportation

Depending on arrival time, travel time to the Hyatt Regency Washington is about 15 minutes from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, 40 minutes from Dulles International Airport, and 50 minutes from Baltimore/Washington International (BWI) Airport. Approximate taxi service costs are: from Reagan, $22; from Dulles, $70; and from BWI, $80. The Airport Express shuttle is available by calling 800-977-2828 and making an advance reservation. Train service to Union Station from BWI is available weekdays via MARC and every day via Amtrak. The hotel is accessible by Metro from Reagan via the Blue, Yellow, and Red lines.
