Just one year ago, NCSHA called on the new Administration and Congress to unleash the power of state HFAs to put housing to work for people and the economy. They did that and more.
Recognizing that HFAs did not contribute to the housing crisis and could be a big part of the solution, the Administration and Congress entrusted billions in federal housing recovery resources to you. Now it’s time for you to tell them your story.
It’s time to tell them about the families you’ve helped buy first homes, those you’ve kept from losing theirs, and the rental home production gains you’ve made. And, it’s time to point out the jobs and tax revenue that your work has generated for the economy.
Be in Washington March 8 -10 to tell your story in support of an even
greater role for HFAs in a strong and sustained housing recovery.
