    Six Wyoming housing organizations and associations have formed a unique partnership to benefit the state’s first-time homebuyers. The Wyoming Community Development Authority (WCDA) is administering the partnership that includes the Wyoming Housing Network, Inc. (WHN), the Wyoming Bankers Association (WBA), the Wyoming Association of Realtors (WAR), the Wyoming Mortgage Lenders Association (WMLA), and the Central Wyoming Home Builders Association (CWHBA).

    Governor Dave Freudenthal reappointed two Wyoming Community Development Authority (WCDA) Board members to additional four year terms. Current Board Vice Chairman Wayne Deahl, an instructor at Eastern Wyoming College in Torrington, and current Board Secretary Dan Sullivan, a Casper-based government relations consultant, were reappointed to terms that will end March 1, 2014. This will be the second term for both Sullivan and Deahl.
