DescriptionJoin Harrison Coerver, a nationally-recognized expert in strategic planning, who has worked with more than 1,200 organizations during his 25-year consulting career.
This is a practical primer on how you can use strategic planning to improve your organization’s performance. If you have wondered if you should have a strategic plan, if it is worth the time and effort, or how you should go about it, this session is for you.
Learn the fundamentals of planning and strategy that you can put to work tomorrow. This program will equip you with an understanding of what strategic planning is, what the keys to successful planning are, and techniques you can use to make strategic planning work for you.
The information presented works equally well for nonprofits as well as private companies and agencies.
Registrants will have a chance to pre-submit questions that they would like answered.
