      • Comprehensive Compliance Workshop

Designed to benefit Housing Credit program newcomers and veterans alike, this session is a great primer on program rules covered in greater depth at later compliance sessions. Topics include tenant eligibility, calculating and verifying income, understanding income and rent limits, documenting minimum set-aside, the next available unit rule, the unit vacancy rule, physical inspection requirements, state agency monitoring responsibilities, documentation and reporting requirements, noncompliance correction, and other compliance essentials.

For this workshop, held in conjunction with the Housing Credit Conference, separate registration is required.

If you are attending the Housing Credit Conference and also wish to attend this workshop, sign up when you register for the full conference. Allocating Agency Members may attend the session at no extra cost. The Workshop registration fee for Affiliate Member and Nonmember conference attendees is $175 if payment is postmarked by the Early Registration Deadline of Tuesday, May 25 or $225 if payment is postmarked after Tuesday May 25.

If you are not attending the full Housing Credit Conference but wish to attend the Comprehensive Compliance Workshop ONLY the fee for the workshop is $225.
