Registration must be confirmed by check, credit card, or purchase order. Make checks payable to NCSHA. Each registrant must pay in full prior to the conference. Only those who have paid in full will be admitted to conference activities, including educational sessions and special events. The more voices telling your story the better! NCSHA encourages HFAs to strengthen your advocacy teams with non-member industry stakeholders and offers free registration to two from each state. Eligible stakeholders include state legislators, home builders, lenders, realtors, non-profit representatives, and others who partner with you to provide affordable housing. See the registration page for more information on registering stakeholders.
Speaker Registration Policy
NCSHA requires that all speakers and discussion leaders register for the conference.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing. Confirmation of faxed cancellations may be required. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Thursday, April 5 or for registrants who fail to attend the conference. "No shows" will be billed the full registration fee. A $75 administrative fee will be deducted from all approved refunds granted.Substitution Policy
If you have registered and are no longer able to attend, you may substitute another individual at no additional charge. The payment made for the original registrant will be applied to the replacement's registration. Substitutions are allowed at any time and must be requested in writing.
Conference Admission
Your name badge must be worn at all times. The badge is your ticket to all conference sessions, meals and special events, including receptions.Attire & ClimateBusiness attire is appropriate for all conference sessions. In April, Washington, DC's temperatures typically range from mid 60s during the day to the low 40s at night. Hotel temperatures may vary, so a sweater is recommended.
Special Needs/Dietary Needs
If you have special needs under the Americans With Disabilities Act, please explain those needs on a separate page and include it with your registration. In addition, please provide information on special dietary requirements.
Attendee List
Attendees who register after Wednesday, April 18 may not appear on the conference attendee list.
