After 25 years of Housing Credit achievement, NCSHA’s June 13-16 Housing Credit Conference and Marketplace in Atlanta offers the Housing Credit community the perfect opportunity to celebrate the program’s success, reflect on everyone’s hard work and contributions to it, and plan for the program’s continuing role in producing affordable rental housing for those who need it.
This premier event for state allocating agency personnel and other program stakeholders offers great educational and networking options for all.
Industry pioneers reflect on the program’s longevity and success and offer their wisdom on what it will take to secure the Credit’s future in the plenary panel, The First 25 Years: Where We’ve Been. Directly following is The Next 25 Years: Where We’re Going, where policy experts and practitioners look ahead and analyze the Credit’s role in the future of affordable multifamily housing.
Among dozens of break-out sessions, attendees will learn about the state of the equity market, debt financing strategies, asset management, the program’s legislative and regulatory outlook, compliance, rural development, supportive housing, and fair housing.
With record-breaking attendance, there are 1,000 connections to make as this year’s conference promises to once again be a hub for the most skilled and creative minds in the industry. The center of this is the Marketplace, with over 50 exhibitors, site of the Networking Reception Wednesday evening and meals and breaks throughout the conference.
