Examine key asset management functions following construction completion. Understand absorption rates and seasonal trends in project lease-up. Consider physical inspection and tenant file review best practices. Learn to evaluate capacity and performance of marketing, property management, and efforts to resolve and document compliance issues.

Asset Management in Focus Part 3: Financial Monitoring and Performance Measures
Explore financial oversight and performance measures vital to effective asset management. Analyze and assess trends in financial statements.
